I was looking for a cookies’ recipe to combine with my 5 o’clock green tea time, and when I found out this super cookies one, it was natural to go for it! It’s a very simple recipe, you can change the amount of dough and the shape you prefer, but the main thing is to get: 150 grams of choco drops, 250 grams of all purpose flour, 1 bag of powder yeast (if you prefer a small size, you can diminish a bit), 2 eggs, 120 grams of butter and 120 grams of sugar.
Melt well the sugar and the butter, than adds the eggs and little by little, the flour mixed with the yeast. When the dough is well mixed, add the choco drop and get ready with a teaspoon to place small amounts on a baking pan (be careful and don’t put them too close, because they will rise). They will need an oven temperature’ of 180° for about 10 minutes (start with the white ones and you will notice exactly when they will be ready!)
If you want, you can go also for a soft cream to put in the middle (only if they are small size, then!), and enjoy your tea!!!
